Delivery & Shipping
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, weather conditions can cause delays. We do our utmost to deliver faster than this but during our busy show season it is not always possible to get to a Post Office.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. Your parcel will be delivered by 1st class Recorded Delivery, and a signature will be required on receipt. The Team here at HQ will do everything to get your order to you in the shortest possible time as we know you would like your gorgeous Timothy Foxx purchase ASAP. Therefore if we do encounter any problems, we will contact you directly.
UK Delivery Costs
UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: £4.99 on all orders (this is usually 1 - 3 working days) Special Delivery: £6.99 at Christmas as we want to ensure you receive your item in time. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery during this busy Christmas period.
Overseas Delivery Costs
European Union: £13.55 - Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
All other destinations: £23.70 - Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Delivery charges are only refundable if you cancel your entire order before it has been dispatched or where the goods are faulty and a refund has been agreed with us in advance.
Changed Your Mind?
Once you have placed your order on line and you have your order confirmation email we are unable to change it. However in the unlikely event that you realise you have made an error, please call the team at the TFHQ on 01296 641658 immediately and we will see if we can come to an arrangement. Any adjustments will be made at our discretion.
Returns must be unworn, in perfect resaleable condition, unwashed and in the original packaging. They are required to be returned in their original condition and with a copy of your original invoice or with proof of purchase receipt within 14 days of the dispatch date on the invoice.
Socks and tights must be unopened.
If you are returning an item after Christmas:* Items that were purchased in advance of Christmas as gifts can be returned or exchanged but this must be done within the 14 days after Christmas day. We need to receive any items back at TFHQ by 8th January to successfully process your request. We cannot accept any items after this period for return or refund.
Products purchased during one of our SALES: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items unless the product is faulty. Please see Faulty Goods.
How Do I Return My Order?
If you purchase your item through the website: Please complete the form at the bottom of your sales invoice and return it along with the items being returned.
From us directly: Please contact TFHQ via email at email@example.com or 01296 641658 with your reason for returning the product. Please wait for a response from us before you return the product. Once received please return item in the post to the below address with your receipt of purchase.

All refunds will be credited back via the original payment type. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.
The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we strongly advise you use Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. We refund the price of the item but not the postage. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us.
We cannot refund or exchange gift vouchers.
In the unlikely event that your purchased item is faulty, we sincerely apologise and advise you to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the TF Team at HQ on 01296 641658. Please explain how the item is faulty and provide contact details.
