Shipping & Delivery Charges
Please allow up to 10 - 12 working days for delivery, weather conditions can cause delays. Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. Your parcel will be delivered by Recorded Standard delivery, and a signature will be required on receipt. The Team here at HQ will do everything to get your order to you in the shortest possible time as we know you would like your gorgeous Timothy Foxx purchase ASAP. Therefore if we do encounter any problems, we will contact you directly.
UK Delivery Costs
UK standard delivery: £4.99 - please allow up to 10 - 12 working days for delivery as during busy summer months we can be away from TFHQ at shows and unable to get to a Post Office. December postage rates will increase to £5.90 as all orders will be sent Special Delivery (due to Christmas post problems that occurred last year) This will guarantee delivery of your goods for Christmas.
Overseas Delivery Costs
European Union: £9.99 - Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
All other destinations: £15.99 - Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Delivery charges are only refundable if you cancel your entire order before it has been dispatched or where the goods are faulty and a refund has been agreed with us in advance.
Changed your mind?
Once you have placed your order on line and you have your order confirmation email we are unable to change it. However in the unlikely event that you realise you have made an error, please call the team at the TF HQ on 01296 423399 immediately and we will see if we can come to an arrangement. Any adjustments will be made at our discretion.
Products can be returned if they in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. They are required to be returned in their original condition and with a copy of your original invoice or with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Products purchased during one of our SALES: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items unless the product is faulty. Please see Faulty Goods.
How do I return my order?
If you purchase your item through the website or from us directly at any of the shows and you wish to return your item, please contact TF HQ via email at email@example.com or 01296 423399 with your reason for returning the product. Please wait for a response from us before you return the product. Once received please return item in the post to the below address with your receipt of purchase where available:

All refunds will be credited back via the original payment type. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.
The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will need to keep a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returns. If we were to do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we don’t want to. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
In the unlikely event that your purchased item is faulty, we sincerely apologise and advise you to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the TF Team at HQ on 01296 423399. Please explain how the item is faulty and provide contact details.
