<body-html>
Timothy Foxx was founded in 2009 by clothing designer Rosalie Eustace, who at 25 decided to apply her vision and talent to a new business in beautiful, hand made tweed garments. We specialise in being designers and makers of Exceptionally Eccentric Tweed Clothing.

A Little History

It began when Rosalie was gifted a sewing machine for her birthday (how many other youngsters ask for that?!) and her passion for making clothing grew as she kitted out friends during her studies at university. The popular Aimee skirt was one of these early creations!

“I started with an old tweed jacket which I ‘borrowed’ from my father’s wardrobe. Cheekily, I cut it up and created my first tweed mini skirt. I added a touch of vibrant silk and was done. The problem was that suddenly all my friends wanted to borrow it.”

“It spent so much time on loan I hardly ever got to wear it myself, so made another one. I started creating bespoke tweed skirts for my friends, and the rest of the story is pretty obvious! Fortunately my father never missed his jacket, though I’ve since made sure it’s been replaced with a lovingly made Timothy Foxx original.”

Who is Mr. Foxx?

The name Timothy Foxx comes from an antique toy from Rosalie’s childhood. The wooden horse has always been called Timothy (although no one in the Eustace family can quite remember why) and he is a much loved mascot who always takes centre stage at our show stands.

How We Do It

Rosalie’s designs inject flare, individuality and style into each garment produced.

Testament to our love of tweed and the skills used to produce such a wonderful fabric, all our materials are sourced from Great Britain, and the clothes are entirely manufactured in the UK. We are very proud of the quality of our products, and think our designs celebrate a great mix of rural and urban British styles.

By taking beautiful but miss-matching tweeds, and combining them with other fabrics such as silks and cottons, Timothy Foxx is the essence of ‘vintage modern chic’. Since we started, the range of products has been expanded to appeal to ladies and girls of all ages. From short skirts and funky Foxxy leg tights for teens, through to a more sophisticated audience looking for three-piece skirt suits to wear at the races, we cater to all ages.

You can check out some of our more popular ‘looks’ on the Catwalk.

What Our Customers Think

It is our second year in business, and the Timothy Foxx Team is growing. At Timothy Foxx Headquarters we have been truly overwhelmed by the positive response to our first products, and are very excited to keep delivering a product that people get really enjoy. We love creating each new design Rosalie comes up with, and help out with business however we can, in between making cups of tea that is!

We really enjoy meeting our customers at the shows we attend, and don’t be surprised to receive a flattering comment if you are wearing your Timothy Foxx gear. If you’re passing, be sure to pop in and say hello to the team and of course to Timothy!
